Should I do a home inspection?
Yes,  It's tempting in this market to forgo a home inspection to make your offer more appealing to a seller, but it's a risk and some loans do require a home inspection. Home inspections can be used as a contingency of your purchase, giving you the chance to back out if the inspection finds a major problem.    Purchasing a home is one of the biggest purchases you will make.  It's worth the piece of mind.
